Olaide Banks started this law firm in 2007 after more than ten years of experience working with business leaders as an accountant, controller, chief financial officer and general counsel. His diverse experience and training as a CPA and in-house attorney makes him uniquely qualified to provide wise counsel to government contractors, construction contractors and energy servicing firms.

We Respect Your Uniqueness
We respect the uniqueness of each client. Each new representation begins with a thorough needs analysis and legal risk assessment. Our approach involves listening to our clients, learning about their goals and challenges, before helping them formulate and execute a strategy for success.
We Help Owners and Managers Mind Their Business
Most business owners spend so much time working in their business, that they have no time to work on their business! Because they have so little time and are concerned about the cost, many business owners have trouble finding the right professionals to help them mind their business. At Banks & Associates, we help business owners - especially government contractors and medium-sized businesses-to-businesses (B2B) providers - handle the legal and contractual issues that could otherwise distract their time.
